Our Company collects the following data:
• Contact information (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)
• Instagram account name
• Photos
• Cookies (done by Pixieset platform)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
• Send us inquiry through website form or Instagram about any of our services.
• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message
boards or via email.
• Use or view our website via your browser's cookies.
• Take your beautiful portraits during agreed photo shoot.
How will we use your data?
Girlsandportraits collects your data so that we can:
• Process your order, manage your account.
• Email or message you through Instagram with special offers on other products and services
we think you might like.
• We may use your photos for our portfolio, studio & gallery display, website, social media,
advertising, self-promotion, photo contests after your explicit consent.
• Briefly analyze some of the anonymized captured data through Google or Instagram Analytics.
How do we store your data?
We manage your contact details at Google Drive service and your photos are securely stored at
Pixieset online cloud platform.
What are your data protection rights?
You can always ask us to provide a copy of your stored data or request to amend/delete it. Please
contact us, so we can help you with that.
What about cookies?
Cookies are text files placed on your computer to collect standard Internet log information and
visitor behavior information. When you visit our websites, information may be collected from you
automatically through cookies or similar technology.

Copy & Reproduction Rights
- The copyrights of the photos taken during the photo shoot remain with the Photographer and Photographer reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, social media, advertising, self-promotion, photo contests, etc.
- Client agrees not to sell any image taken during the contracted event to any person, company, group, advertising agency, or otherwise, without Photographer's consent.
- The Photographer grants Client a permission to use the photos taken during the contracted photo shoot for Client's personal and professional use for portfolio, website, social media. Client should include an accompanying "Photographed by Karyna Bila @girlsandportraits” credits line reference where possible.
- Photos may not be modified by using filters or applying color correction techniques without Photographer’s consent.
Model Release
Unless otherwise stipulated, Client hereby consent that the photographs taken and presented by the Photographer may be used for the purpose of display, portfolio, advertising, website, social media for promotion purpose. Client also agrees that the images can be used without additional compensation.
